Correction of Geometric Distortion in Photographs
Cyprich, Miroslav ; Seeman, Michal (referee) ; Přibyl, Bronislav (advisor)
The resulting image of photographing is usually geometrically distorted. The most common of such distortions are called pincushion or barrel distortion, which can cause disturbing impression in photographs. There are currently several applications that allow to correct the geometrical distortion, but [proprietary, unergonomic, ...]. This paper describes the current state of knowledge in the field of geometric distortion correction and proposes a new software. An application with graphical user interface, whitch is focused on simplicity and ergonomics. It presents two possibilities of geometric distortion correction in photographs. Functionality and usability of the application has been tested and validated on a sample of real users
Object Position from Multiple Cameras
Dostál, Radek ; Herout, Adam (referee) ; Hradiš, Michal (advisor)
This thesis deals with reconstruction of golf ball position using multiple cameras. Reconstruction will be used for golf simulator project. System is using fotogrametric calibration and triangulation algorithm for obtaing point coordinates. Work also discuss options for camera selection. The result is making of prototype of the simulator.
